Big Dipper – All of their flavors are made in-house, including their fruity dairy-free scoops and the vegan chocolate. They offer a good selection of salads and sandwiches for dairy-free guests. The Mindful Lark Bakery ⭐️ – This is a vegan, gluten-free bakery operating under the Minnesota cottage law. Kumar’s Minneapolis – Their South Indian menu includes many dairy-free options, with numerous appetizers, breads, curries, and other entrees to choose from. Most of the menu is naturally dairy free. This local chain offers both raw fish and several cooked options for protein, and you can order your bowl with a base of white rice, organic brown rice, greens, or quinoa. Hawaii Poke Bowl – Yes, you can get fresh poke on in Minnesota. They also blend dairy-free smoothies, bake several dairy-free breads, and are happy to make you a sandwich, panini, or salad sans cheese.
